As the clinical director at Crave Counseling my role is to not only provide you with service excellence but it is to also ensure that the clinic meets the most sought after needs within the community in a safe, healthy and supportive way.

I would describe my therapeutic style as eclectic. Within sessions I cater my therapeutic approach to the progression of the therapy sessions. Sometimes we may start with CBT but may need to shift our focus on somatic symptoms of the body or previous experiences that may be causing us mental distress.
