I support mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma and stress.

I am passionate about working with teens and young adults. My therapeutic style focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person/ Client Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.
